Limelight Recovery Foundation is committed to offering affordable immigration services in all 50 states because we believe everyone should have access to quality legal support, regardless of their financial situation. As a nonprofit organization, we aim to assist individuals and families in navigating the complex immigration process by providing low-cost, income-based services to ensure that cost is not a barrier to obtaining the help they need. 

Limelight Recovery Foundation is a nonprofit organization, and all of our fees are low, calculated based on income. The consultation fee is $100, and specific rates will be provided after the consultation, as fees depend on the details of each case. Please note that our fees do not include any filing fees, which will be separate.

As part of our mission to support marginalized communities, the Limelight Recovery Foundation is expanding its scope of services to offer Immigration Legal Services. Our services include:

• Family/Marriage Petitions
• Adjustment of Status
• Consular Processing

We prepare and file renewal DACA applications, including work authorization requests. We handle all USCIS communications and requests for additional information.

Note: At this time, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is prohibited from granting initial DACA requests. Our service is limited to the renewal of already-existing DACA grants.

 We prepare and file TPS applications and handle all USCIS communications and requests for additional information 

 We prepare and file citizenship applications and manage all USCIS communications. Please note that this does not include preparation for the naturalization test. 

 We prepare and file applications for certificates of citizenship and handle all related USCIS communications. 

 We prepare and file U-Visa applications, including Form I-192 and work authorization requests. This service does not include filing for Adjustment of Status. 

 We prepare and submit FOIA requests and provide a Chronological Case Report 

 We prepare and file applications for Advance Parole or Re-entry Permits and manage all USCIS communications 

 We prepare and file I-130 petitions and handle all USCIS communications. 

 We prepare and file I-485 applications for those with approved I-130 petitions and current priority dates. 

 We offer comprehensive services for Green Card applications, including concurrent filing where visas are immediately available, and consular processing for immediate relatives.
